Soaked Grain Einkorn Bubbat
Today's post is about the quintessential Mennonite Brethren raisin-studded side dish with a funny name! That's right, I'm talking about bubbat! One of my husband's, who grew up in the MB church, favourite dishes, I learned pretty quick how to make it. This time I decided to experiment a little and make a healthier version. It turned out delicious, though a little more like a dessert than a side dish!
