One of my Favourite Breakfasts


1/2 - 3/4 cup Kirkland (Costco) Probiotic Greek Yogurt (0%)
1 packet of stevia powder (I was using the store brand similar to Truvia)
1/2 - 1 cup fresh fruit (I used mango here), or apple sauce
Toasted wheat germ (I used about 1 1/2 tsp here because I wanted to see the fruit but I really like it with more, around 2 Tbsps)

1- Mix yogurt with stevia powder
2- Top with fruit
3- Sprinkle with wheat germ
4- Devour

Soooooo yummy!
